Ben is one of Firemane’s founding directors. He is our commander-in-chief, deal maker and sometimes deal breaker. Ben is a Sales and Marketing specialist, and aspiring scratch golfer.
Joshua is one of the two founding Directors of Firemane. He has had an extensive business ownership career starting in 1997 and focusing on IT, Telecommunications and Outbound Sales and Marketing.
Paddy joined Firemane as CEO in August 2021 and has responsibility for managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Paddy has 20 years’ experience working across the Payments, FinTech and Telecommunication sectors. Having led new market entry and growth across several international markets at companies such as Telecom New Zealand, OCL, Mint Payments, Emida and Equifax, Paddy brings valuable knowledge, experience, and expertise to Firemane.
Jack joined Firemane as CFO in 2022 and has over overall responsibility for managing the financial actions of the company. Jack has over 10 years of experience in finance, development and M&A. Previously Executive Director of Tereos Singapore and CFO of Tereos Indonesia, Jack was in charge of the group’s finance, development, partnerships, and legal affairs across Asia Pacific.
Cody joined Firemane as COO in 2023. With over 12 years of experience in global supply chain and technological innovation, he’s now responsible for managing our operations team, supply chain network, and worldwide warehousing.
Prior to joining Firemane, Cody spent almost 4 years helping scale 3rd party freight forwarders, Uber Freight and sennder, through strategy and program management in North America and Europe.
Ieuan is responsible for Operations and Logistics at Firemane, from international customer shipments, inventory management across multiple warehouse locations, to 3rd party vendor management and special projects.
A long-standing employee with vast product knowledge and experience shipping terminals across the globe, Ieuan joined the Firemane team in 2018 and has held a variety of roles at the company. Prior to joining Firemane, Ieuan worked as an Operations Assistant in New Zealand.
Romina is our dedicated Operations Account Manager at Firemane. Romina plays a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations, refining reports, conducting insightful data analysis, and seamlessly coordinating orders, all with a steadfast commitment to ensuring our customers’ happiness.
Romina brings a wealth of experience, with over three years of closely collaborating with vendors and merchants, not only within the payments industry but also across various other sectors. Her expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.
Mary Anne is responsible for booking and managing our global shipments, inventory levels and updating customers on the delivery status of their orders.
Prior to joining Firemane, Mary-Anne was Quality Assurance Supervisor in the BPO industry for 5 years where she was responsible for monitoring and evaluating QA Rep Performance and collaborating with trainers to deliver best-in-class customer service
Alex joined Firemane as our Executive Director for EMEA in January, 2023.
Prior to joining Firemane Alex has been working in the payment industry since 2008 with his own company Lomicon and has been a Verifone partner since the beginning before introducing other partnerships.
Alex lives by the motto “everything is possible” and we couldn’t agree more.
Alex has built a strong connection with our founders Ben and Josh over the past 10 years in the industry and we are now lucky to have him on the Firemane team.
Shan joined Firemane as our Executive Director for the Americas in January 2023.
Prior to joining Firemane Shan has had over 30 years of experience in the payments industry with some of the most recognizable organizations, such as; First Data, Verifone and the Phoenix Group.
His background in Client Relationships, Sales, and Operations is integral for positioning Firemane for enormous growth within the Americas.
Nico is Firemane’s Global Business Development Manager for Hardware where he oversees key accounts, identifying and closing new business. Key to his role is working with our customers to understand their business needs and provide guidance on hardware fit across our range of manufacturers and product options.
Nico has 12 years’ experience working with several multinational and Fortune 500 companies, handling outside sales, lead management, client relations management and dedicated account management.
David is responsible for identifying, establishing and growing Firemane’s payment terminals channels and everything this encompasses. This includes providing programme management to implement strategies and managing Firemane’s internal software development team.
Prior to joining Firemane, David has over 20 years of senior management experience in business strategy, growing and changing the current business, software development, finance, and operational management at companies such as Verifone, SEKTOR and ANZ National Bank.
Richard is responsible for developing the standards and processes underpinning our Software Development efforts. He directs the ongoing strengthening of our core Android and Linux POS applications and manages the development and ongoing maintenance of customer-specific implementations.
Prior to joining Firemane, Richard was an IT Contractor and Business Consultant for 20 years, working in Europe, Asia, Australasia on multi-national projects in the Finance and Human Resource sectors
Shobha is an experienced software developer with a specialization in payment solutions and POS (Point of Sale) terminals. Shobha is responsible for leading the software development of Android and Linux payment applications for Firemane.
Prior to joining Firemane, Shobha spent more than 15 years at Verifone, where she held positions involving leadership, design and development of payment system applications. Prior to her tenure at Verifone, she worked at IBM in IT service management
Monwa brings more than ten years of payments experience. A typical day for Monwa is collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders, to connect the dots within technical projects. Working across teams, keeping track of the critical path, exposing technical risk and driving decisions around technical priorities.
Prior to joining Firemane in 2019, Monwa was with Verifone for 8 years, where he held key technical roles.
Ella is a Software Developer at Firemane, joinng the company in early 2023, Ella has become a key part of our Software Development team.
Proficient in C++, Java, and Python, Ella is currently in the final year of her Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence.
Lotus takes pride in being organised and solutions focused. A lover of travel, design, wellness, and stationery. Social and personable. She’s always eager to learn and happy to take on new challenges.
Prior to joining Firemane, Lotus has over 13 years of experience across the retail, wholesale, and hospitality industry.
Kelly is our Amsterdam Office Manager and is tasked with the responsibility of creating the whole office vibe.

Melissa joined us as Firemane’s Marketing Manager in July 2022 and has overall responsibility of our website, branding, and campaigns.
Prior to joining Firemane, Melissa has had a career spanning over 15 years in Europe and Asia Pacific with companies including Travel Corporation, Mambo Europe and Optus communications.
Shannon is our accomplished General Counsel at Firemane. With more than 12 years of experience in the legal field, Shannon is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters at Firemane.
Prior to joining our team, Shannon held a prominent position as the Director and Group Legal Manager at a global venture capital firm based in Hong Kong. In this role, he successfully handled legal matters across their worldwide investments, gaining invaluable international exposure and insights.
Jeeda is an integral part of our Finance team and handles accounting and controlling responsibilities, including management of company accounts, financial reports and financial planning.
Prior to joining Firemane Jeeda has over 6 years experience as Finance Controller for Holcim Philippines where Jeeda was responsible for Davao plant’s manufacturing accounting and financial affairs.
Pearl is part of our Finance team and handles bookkeeping of transactions, payables and receivables as well as assisting in the completion of financial reports.
Prior to joining Firemane, Pearl worked for 4 years as a freelance accountant for an Amazon affiliate company and has experience in financial and management accounting.
Norgin is Firemane’s Inventory Analyst. With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years at Holcim Philippines, Norgin brings a deep understanding of Production Planning, Inventory Management, Finance Controlling, and Accounting to our team.
Her role is pivotal in ensuring the precision of our Inventory Management, collaborating closely with the Finance Team, Operations Team, and essential Warehouse providers to establish robust processes and deliver accurate reporting.
Regine is a valuable asset to our Finance Team, specializing in overseeing the entire Accounts Payable process, including reconciliation, and providing fundamental support in bookkeeping.
Prior to joining Firemane, Regine garnered over 11 years of experience as a Junior Project Accounting Officer, Senior Accounts Payable Associate and later transitioning to a role in Financial Planning and Analysis at PJ Lhuillier and PHINMA Properties.
